The PR committee was originally founded to take the workload of the promotion tasks away from the AcCo and FeestCo – i.e. the production and distribution of flyers, posters and other kinds of promotion. In order to convey a clear and correct message, it is important to communicate clearly with the AcCo and FeestCo about the time, date, and place of the events they want to organize. This may sound logical, but it is worth mentioning as it has gone wrong before.
The PR has also tasked itself with finding new ways of promoting G.A.G. and doing so – e.g. the design of a new logo, the production of a flag, t-shirts, buttons, and stickers. For this task contact often has to be made with companies who produce these goods.
